Ken MacDonough

Ken MacDonough is the Owner/Chief Appraiser of MacDonough & Associates Residential Real Estate Appraisers.  Ken manages and coordinates the appraisal workflow into the business.  Ken also actively appraises many of the properties that are in need of evaluation.  Ken holds the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute and the MAA & MRA designation from the Massachusetts Association of Assessing Officers. Ken graduated with a BA in History from Saint Louis University.  Aside from professional associations and designations, Ken is the father of a son and a daughter and an avid Boston sports fan.

Tracy Lenard

Tracie is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser with a concentration in single family, multi-family, condominiums, private estates, real estate owned properties and relocation appraisals. With over 17 years of experience, Tracie is well-versed in state and federal real estate regulations and her analytical, management, and communication skills allow her to provide comprehensive services to financial institutions, corporate relocation companies, and appraisal management firms. Tracie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. She is devoted to her family, her animals, and is a big New England sports fan.
